???? Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

✔️ Customer Relationship Management

• Develop and expand relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) customers for liabilities and commercial assets.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and adherence to bank policies.
• Maintain detailed relationship records for assigned customer accounts.

✔️ Sales & Cross-Selling

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell existing bank products.
• Inform customers about new products and enhancements to deepen banking relationships.
• Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.

✔️ Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with other group companies to provide customers with seamless access to additional products and services.
• Track and manage customer complaints and queries, ensuring quick resolution for high customer satisfaction.

???? Desired Candidate Profile

✔️ Banking & Financial Expertise

• Strong knowledge of Trade, Forex, and Current Accounts (CA).
• Understanding of Commercial Assets including Cash Credit (CC), Overdraft (OD), Term Loans (TL), and Export Finance.
• Knowledge of Mutual Funds (MF) and Insurance is an added advantage.

✔️ Skills & Attributes

• Customer-oriented with excellent relationship management skills.
• High energy levels with a strong drive to succeed.

✔️ Experience & Qualifications

• Graduate: 6-8 years of experience in banking/financial services.
• Postgraduate: 4-6 years of experience.
• Age: Up to 35 years.
