• Position: E-commerce Marketing and Operations Specialist
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Location: Remote (Work from Home)
• Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹23,000 per month
• Schedule: Day shift, Fixed shift

Job Responsibilities:

1. Training: Receive training from industry experts on end-to-end e-commerce marketing and development activities across all platforms.
2. Advertising Management:
   • Manage Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Ads, Amazon Promotions, and other e-commerce platforms.
3. E-commerce Operations:
   • Handle e-commerce issues, returns, and customer satisfaction.
4. Global Platform Management:
   • Manage international platform registrations and e-commerce operations.
5. Sales and Account Management:
   • Assist in online business sales and key account relationship management.
6. Inventory and Pricing Management:
   • Adjust pricing and stock on e-commerce platforms as required.
7. Compliance:
   • Ensure no fulfillment or compliance issues on shipment platforms.
8. Product and Pricing Management:
   • Manage product listings, pricing, and resolve technical issues on the website.
9. Digital Advertising:
   • Control Google Shopping Ads and Facebook Ads to drive sales conversions.
10. Team Management:
    • Supervise and coordinate with visual designers and assistants.
11. Email Campaigns:
    • Use customer behavior analytics to design and implement email campaigns.

Experience & Requirements:

• Required Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations and marketing.
• Experience in:
  • Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, or other e-commerce platforms
• Required Skills:
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce sales and marketing strategies
