Role & Responsibilities

Administrative Duties:

✔ Team Management: Oversee claims teams, ensuring assigned tasks are completed efficiently.
✔ Monitoring Performance: Track work-in-progress, turnaround time (TAT), and team productivity.
✔ Resource Planning: Plan and allocate resources needed for claims processing.
✔ Claims Oversight: Supervise and review claims processing for accuracy.
✔ Escalation Handling: Address and resolve claim-related escalations.
✔ Additional Tasks: Handle other assignments as required.

Functional Duties:

✔ Claims Accuracy: Ensure correct settlement of claims.
✔ Analytical Skills: Utilize arithmetic and analytical abilities for data review.
✔ Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications.
✔ Medical Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of medical terminology.

Preferred Candidate Profile

✔ Education: Bachelor's/Master’s in BAMS, BDS, BSc Nursing, MSc Nursing
✔ Experience: Minimum 1 year of TPA claims processing experience is required.
