Key Responsibilities:

1. Training & Mentorship:

• Conduct interactive classroom and online training sessions.

• Deliver structured learning programs across digital marketing domains.

• Provide real-world case studies, live projects, and hands-on assignments.

• Guide students in executing digital marketing strategies for practical understanding.

2. Curriculum Development & Content Creation:

• Develop and update training materials, presentations, and assignments based on latest digital marketing trends.

• Create engaging content, including videos, blogs, and assessments to enhance learning.

3. Subject Expertise & Industry Knowledge:

Deliver in-depth knowledge on the following topics:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO

• Social Media Marketing (SMM): Organic & Paid Strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube

• Google Ads & PPC Campaigns: Search, Display, Video & Performance Marketing

• Affiliate & Email Marketing: Lead Generation & Automation Strategies

• Content Marketing & Blogging: Strategy, Planning & Monetization

• Web Analytics & Data Insights: Google Analytics, Conversion Tracking, and Optimization

• Online Reputation Management (ORM): Brand Awareness & Crisis Management

4. Student Engagement & Career Guidance:

• Assist students with certifications, resume building, and job placements.

• Conduct one-on-one mentorship for performance improvement.

• Organize workshops, bootcamps, and hackathons to enhance learning.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Any graduate (Broad knowledge of Digital Marketing technical terms).

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of Digital Marketing experience.

• Training & Development: At least 1 year of teaching/training experience (required).
