Role Description: Digital Marketing Manager (Performance Marketing & CLM)

We’re hiring a mid-to-senior level Digital Marketing Manager based in Mumbai (in-office) to own and scale our performance marketing and lifecycle strategies across multiple global markets. This role combines sharp execution with strategic thinking across paid acquisition, SEO, and user retention.

You will lead campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Reddit, ASA (Apple Search Ads), and other emerging channels, while building out structured customer journeys via CLM (Customer Lifecycle Management)—across push, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Reddit, Apple Search Ads, and other programmatic platforms
• Manage and scale multi-channel paid campaigns, optimizing for ROAS, CAC, and LTV
• Define and execute CLM strategies (push, WhatsApp, SMS, email) to drive retention and revenue
• Develop and refine SEO strategies to increase organic visibility across key categories
• Collaborate with the content and creative teams on landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging
• Track and report key metrics using Google Analytics, MoEngage, Branch, and in-house dashboards
• Identify channel-wise growth opportunities and experiment with new acquisition funnels
• Work closely with product and data teams to improve targeting, personalization, and segmentation

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance and lifecycle marketing
• Demonstrated expertise across Meta, Google, YouTube, Reddit, and ASA
• Strong experience in CLM platforms like MoEngage, CleverTap, or Braze
• Working knowledge of SEO, including keyword strategy, content optimization, and technical SEO
• Deep analytical mindset; ability to work with data and draw actionable insights
• Hands-on experience with attribution tools (Branch, AppsFlyer) and funnel optimization
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with content, design, and product teams
• Learning mindset – open to experimentation, feedback, and continuous improvement
• MBA in Marketing with specialization in Performance Marketing and CLM
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai
