T.I.M.E. offers specialized training for national and state-level entrance exams such as CAT, MAT, GMAT, GRE, IELTS, and TOEFL, along with programs for Bank PO, SSC CGLE, GATE, CDS, CSAT, and CLAT. T.I.M.E. Trivandrum, established in 1998, has grown to become one of the leading training institutes in Kerala, and we are now seeking a dynamic Academic Counsellor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, attract new students, and improve student retention.

✅ Campaign Management:

• Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events).

• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results.

✅ Content Creation:

• Craft compelling content for social media, websites, brochures, and email newsletters.

✅ Market Research:

• Conduct market research to understand student needs, industry trends, and competitors.

• Use data-driven insights to refine marketing initiatives.

✅ Digital Marketing:

• Oversee SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing strategies.

• Track and analyze web traffic and social media engagement.

✅ Budget Management:

• Plan and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI and ensure cost efficiency.

✅ Collaboration:

• Work with admissions teams, academic staff, and other departments to align marketing efforts with the institution’s goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (Preferred).

???? Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing (Preferred).

• Total work experience: 3 years (Preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to work in teams.
