Job Summary

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and modifying software applications. You will work in a collaborative environment with moderate supervision, ensuring high-quality solutions that enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Software Development & Integration

• Analyze and determine integration needs for software systems.
• Develop, modify, and support new and existing applications.
• Program new software and web applications while ensuring seamless customization.

✔ Testing & Documentation

• Evaluate software designs, test results, and technical manuals.
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to meet technical requirements.
• Maintain and update technical documentation for future reference.

✔ Collaboration & Innovation

• Stay updated with emerging industry practices, patents, and current technologies.
• Engage in design and code reviews to ensure high standards.
• Apply engineering techniques and project management skills to optimize processes.

✔ Operational Excellence

• Participate in Net Promoter System (NPS) initiatives, enhancing customer and employee feedback loops.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, promoting innovation and collaboration.
• Adapt to night shifts, weekends, and variable schedules as needed.

✔ Other Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

What We Expect from You

???? Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Combination of coursework and relevant work experience may be considered.

???? Technical Skills & Experience

• Experience in software development ranging from 0 to 15+ years.
• Strong understanding of software integration, testing, and optimization.
• Knowledge of engineering principles, process design, and best practices.
• Prior experience working in a cross-functional, agile environment.
