About the Role: Design Advisor (Malayalam)

As a Design Advisor, you will critically evaluate interior and construction projects, provide expert insights, and guide homeowners in making informed decisions about their dream homes. You will work closely with clients, analyze design trends, and contribute to a knowledge-driven platform for home design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design: Provide expert suggestions for architectural and interior designs.
• Live Q&A Sessions: Participate in live Q&A sessions across multiple platforms (e.g., social media, webinars, YouTube) to share insights about architecture, design trends, and best practices.
• Client Consultation: Communicate with homeowners to understand their requirements and offer professional recommendations.
• Community Engagement: Build and maintain an online presence, responding to queries and comments.
• Research & Innovation: Stay updated with architectural trends, materials, and technologies and integrate them into live Q&A sessions.

Who Should Apply?

• Experience: 3–4 years in residential architecture, interior design, or a related field.
• Expertise: Strong communication & problem-solving skills to guide homeowners effectively.
• Ownership: Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to manage the content lifecycle end-to-end.
• Communication: Excellent verbal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Public Speaking/Live Interaction: Experience with public speaking, webinars, or live online sessions. Comfortable engaging with a diverse audience in an interactive environment.
