The Opportunity

As a Data Visualization Analyst, you'll work alongside highly experienced and diverse teams, gaining valuable industry knowledge while designing and developing reports and dashboards that drive meaningful insights for both internal stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards in Tableau and Power BI

• Visualize data using graphs, infographics, and interactive dashboards

• Analyze complex data and business processes to generate actionable insights

• Communicate project progress and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders

• Collect and interpret data, and create automated reporting solutions

• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and define new data processes

• Document business requirements and ensure cross-functional alignment

• Bring and implement best practices in data management and visualization

• Support data integrity, normalization, and database structure improvement

• Maintain and enhance existing reports and train users on new dashboards

• Provide technical expertise on data storage, mining, and cleansing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BSc required; MSc preferred)

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics and visualization

• 2+ years using Power BI

• Proficient in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools like Tableau, Data Studio

• Experience in data modeling, reporting packages, and ETL tools (preferably Azure Data Factory)

• Familiarity with workflow automation tools like Power Automate

• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts

• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal

• Experience in the construction or technology sector is a plus

• Ability to thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments
