• Position: Full-Time Data Management Specialist

• Shift: Morning shift, Rotational shift

Job Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry & Management:
   • Set up and record details on the site.
   • Monitor all essential site information such as site name, service address, city, state, country, payment info, coordinates, weather stations, etc.
2. Client Interaction:
   • Resolve questions raised by the teams.
   • Communicate with clients when necessary and handle incidents or queries.
3. Data Updates & Quality Checks:
   • Ensure all database changes appear online accurately.
   • Update payment details and resolve issues related to the account or site setup.
4. Documentation & Reporting:
   • Analyze and resolve bills and contracts received from clients.
   • Maintain proper tax structure forms with relevant details.
5. General Support:
   • Assist with additional tasks assigned by the leadership team.
   • Conduct self-audits of assignments to ensure quality.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

1. Language Skills:
   • Fluent in English (spoken).
2. Technical Skills:
   • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
3. Attention to Detail:
   • Ability to handle complex data and ensure accuracy.
4. Communication Skills:
   • Strong communication skills to resolve queries and interact with clients.
5. Willingness to Travel:
   • 25% travel requirement.
