Job Summary:

We are seeking a Data Analytics Trainer to design and deliver high-quality training programs covering various aspects of data analytics. This role involves creating engaging content, conducting workshops, and mentoring participants to ensure they acquire the skills needed to excel in data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Development:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on data analytics.
• Create engaging and interactive learning materials tailored to different learning styles.
• Conduct workshops, hands-on sessions, and live projects to enhance practical learning.

Industry-Relevant Knowledge:

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics.
• Integrate real-world case studies and projects into training modules.

Mentorship & Support:

• Guide and mentor participants, ensuring their understanding of data analysis techniques and tools.
• Provide individualized support to help learners build confidence and proficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist, with expertise in applying data analytics techniques in real-world scenarios.
• Training/Teaching Experience: Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or other relevant data analytics tools.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) are a plus.
