Job Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong SQL expertise to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of deriving actionable insights from large datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, procedures, and scripts to meet data analysis and reporting needs

• Analyze data using statistical techniques and generate insights through structured reports

• Identify patterns and trends within large and complex datasets

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and prioritize business and data requirements

• Define and propose new process improvement opportunities based on data analysis

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and engineering

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role

• Advanced expertise in SQL – ability to write and optimize complex queries

• Strong proficiency in Excel

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau (preferred)

• Experience handling large datasets and relational databases

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

• Availability: Must be able to join immediately or within 30 days
