Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to analyze and interpret data to generate meaningful insights through dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations, which support strategic business decisions and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Technical Scope

• Gather and analyze data from multiple sources including data warehouses, databases, and integration pipelines

• Develop and implement data governance processes, including record management policies

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand data needs

• Provide sales data insights, proposals, and account reviews

• Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and efficiency

• Set up and maintain automated data pipelines

• Evaluate and integrate external tools for data validation and cleansing

• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs)

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Liaise with stakeholders to understand the data context and usage

• Conduct and analyze surveys based on customer requirements

• Generate insights from complex datasets to support internal and client-facing reports

• Create dashboards, graphs, and visualizations for performance tracking and competitor benchmarking

• Develop and present predictive models and strategic recommendations

Performance Metrics

• Number of automation initiatives delivered

• Timeliness and accuracy of data outputs

• Customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores

• Zero customer escalations

• Data quality and integrity

Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Experience

• Mandatory Skill: Google BigQuery

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in data analysis or business intelligence

• Strong knowledge of data interpretation, visualization tools, and performance tracking methodologies

• Proficiency in mining, cleansing, and preparing large datasets for business use
