Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide technical support effectively.

Key Responsibilities

???? Customer Support

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently.

???? Problem-Solving & Communication

• Analyze customer concerns and provide creative solutions.
• Work independently and within a team to ensure excellent service delivery.

???? Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

• Familiarity with Government examination processes and requirements.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
• Basic MS Office knowledge.

Eligibility Criteria

???? Education: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary Preferred).
???? Experience: Customer service experience (1 year preferred, but not mandatory).
???? Language: English (preferred), Hindi (preferred).
