The Opportunity

As a Customer Solutions Engineer Intern, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and our products. You will:
✔ Understand customer challenges and provide solutions.
✔ Interact via email, phone, live chat, and in-person meetings.
✔ Act as an educator and advocate for our customers.
✔ Host webinars and create informative articles.

???? You are the "voice of the customer", ensuring customer success and retention.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement & Support

✔ Develop a deep understanding of Sapaad’s software products.
✔ Communicate effectively with users via phone and email to provide solutions.
✔ Assist with onboarding and deployment for new customers.
✔ Deliver remote and on-site support, escalating issues as needed.

2. Issue Resolution & Documentation

✔ Take ownership of customer issues by raising tickets and coordinating with engineering teams.
✔ Provide detailed reports on issues and root causes.
✔ Ensure responses are clear, concise, and grammatically correct.

3. Training & Customer Advocacy

✔ Participate in training and education programs to guide users.
✔ Transform users into brand ambassadors by ensuring customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

✅ Education:

• Preferably Engineering or Information Technology graduates or students.

✅ Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

• Fluent in English (additional language is a plus).
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong interpersonal skills – you’ll be the first point of contact for customers.

✅ Technical & Customer Service Skills:

• Comfortable with technical terminology.
• Patience, empathy, and persistence to effectively address customer concerns.
• Commitment and accessibility to provide consistent support.
