Role Overview

We are looking for skilled customer service representatives to join our Priority Customer Team, which proactively manages our largest business clients. As the first line of communication and key account manager, you will:

• Solve problems and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Build long-term relationships with customers through open and engaging communication.
• Go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage and provide exceptional service to high-value business customers.
✔ Proactively resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
✔ Handle inquiries and complaints with diplomacy and professionalism.
✔ Communicate effectively via phone, email, and chat.
✔ Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.

Requirements

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service.
✅ At least 1 year of experience with an international parcel carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, DPD, etc.).
✅ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
✅ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
✅ Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
✅ Friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for customer interaction.
