Job Overview

We are looking for After-Sales and Installation Support Executives to provide exceptional customer support throughout the solar system installation process and beyond. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating installations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Support:

• Answer customer calls and emails regarding solar system installations, product inquiries, and after-sales support.
• Provide clear information on product features, installation processes, and troubleshooting.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex problems when necessary.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.

2. Installation Coordination:

• Schedule and coordinate solar system installations with customers and technicians.
• Provide necessary documentation for a smooth installation process.
• Monitor installation progress and address any issues promptly.

3. Post-Installation Support:

• Guide customers on system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Handle warranty claims and initiate repair or replacement processes as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and installation data.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration (Mandatory).
• Experience:
  • 1-2 years in technical support (Preferred).
  • 3+ years in Technical Support, Customer Care, or International Sales (Mandatory).
  • Experience in a call center environment (Preferred).
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving & troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and computer systems.
  • Basic understanding of solar systems and installation processes (Preferred).

Additional Information:

• Ability to commute/relocate: Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Vadodara, Gujarat before starting work.
