Position Overview:

Anitej Services Pvt. Ltd. (GTS Cabs), a leading name in the Tour & Travel industry in Dehradun, is urgently hiring a Customer Care Executive. This role involves answering customer and driver calls, handling bookings, resolving complaints, providing information, and assisting drivers with their duties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the journey, from booking to the final bill closure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support:

   • Answer incoming customer calls for bookings, inquiries, and complaints.

   • Assist customers throughout their journey, from pick-up to drop-off.

   • Take feedback calls and close bills after the service is completed.

2. Driver Support:

   • Handle incoming calls from drivers, provide correct customer pick-up/drop-off information.

   • Assist drivers with their duties, update them on the latest offers, and resolve any issues they encounter.

3. Customer Interaction:

   • Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.

   • Ensure smooth communication between the customers and drivers.

4. Administrative Tasks:

   • Maintain records of customer interactions and bookings.

   • Provide information about offers and services to both customers and drivers.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹14,000 per month

Qualifications:

• Education:

  • Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)

• Experience:

  • 1 year in customer service (Preferred)

  • 1 year in technical support (Preferred)

• Skills:

  • Excellent Communication Skills

  • Problem Solving Ability

  • Basic knowledge of computers

• Languages:

  • Hindi (Preferred)

  • English (Preferred)
