Job Overview:

We are looking for candidates with excellent English communication skills to join our team at Cornerstone Security Services (I) Pvt. Ltd. as a Client Care Manager/Security Alarm Operator. You will play a crucial role in providing vigilant and proactive security monitoring and incident response. You will work closely to manage surveillance systems, monitor live feeds, and respond promptly to any security threats or breaches.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide Excellent Customer Service: Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively, offering support and guidance to clients.
2. Monitor Surveillance Systems: Check live feeds and alarms to identify potential security threats, suspicious activities, and safety risks.
3. Incident Response: Respond quickly and appropriately to security incidents, emergencies, or breaches, taking necessary actions to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of personnel and property.
4. Analyze Reports and Footage: Examine video footage and reports to identify patterns, potential risks, and security vulnerabilities.
5. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with internal teams and law enforcement, assisting with investigations and evidence gathering as needed.
6. Adherence to Procedures: Ensure that calls and incidents are managed according to company/client procedures.

Requirements:

1. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to make quick, accurate decisions under pressure.
2. Call Center Experience: Experience in a call center environment (US/UK process preferred).
3. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in handling security-related data and tasks.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
5. Flexibility: Ability to work in a 24x7 environment, including weekends.
6. Integrity and Professionalism: High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
