What You Will Be Doing

✔ Uncovering Patterns in Student Data: Use AI to analyze reading and writing patterns and develop groundbreaking instructional strategies.
✔ Developing AI-Powered Tools: Create adaptive learning experiences that personalize grammar, vocabulary, and literary analysis.
✔ Designing Dynamic Learning Pathways: Develop real-time, evolving curricula to guide students from phonics to complex texts.
✔ Collaborating with Experts: Work alongside educators, linguists, and AI specialists to push the boundaries of language education.
✔ Revolutionizing Literature Engagement: Transform classic and contemporary texts into interactive, AI-enhanced experiences that ignite a love for reading and writing.

What You Will NOT Be Doing

❌ Managing traditional English curriculums or handling administrative tasks.

❌ Focusing solely on theory—every AI model you develop will have a direct impact on student learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

???? Achieve a 2x acceleration in English and Language Arts skill mastery using AI-driven learning models.

Candidate Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field.
✅ 3+ years of experience teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curricula with proven results.
✅ Basic coding abilities in any programming language.
✅ Experience with AI for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning.
✅ Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from complex student data.
✅ Excellent communication skills to explain ELA concepts to diverse stakeholders.
