Role Overview: Continuous Improvement Advisor

As a Continuous Improvement Advisor, you will:
???? Optimize processes to improve team efficiency
???? Develop standardized documentation for easy reference and training
???? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows
???? Ensure effective knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

You will work closely with multiple teams, ensuring processes are well-integrated, documented, and continuously evolving.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Process Optimization & Documentation

• Analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop optimized workflows.
• Build end-to-end process frameworks for evaluating team operations.
• Standardize templates and playbooks to ensure a uniform approach.
• Manage the Process Document Library, ensuring easy accessibility for all teams.

✔ Training & Knowledge Sharing

• Develop training materials and conduct sessions for new and improved processes.
• Host and present process-related training to internal teams.
• Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting for monthly newsletters.

✔ Collaboration & Workflow Management

• Lead the Functional Assurance & Assumption Process in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Track and manage DocuSign documents for Facility Managers (FMs).
• Act as a reference contact for onboarding new contract employees.
• Oversee workflows and tools such as Datamesh, Smartsheet trackers, and team requests for projects.
• Serve as the Smartsheet point of contact, responsible for developing, launching, and managing new templates.

✔ Project Management & Business Support

• Manage ad hoc business-critical projects and ensure smooth project development and handover.
• Support cross-functional teams in document and procedure development.
• Work alongside Asset Management Leaders to execute business strategies effectively.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Business Administration
✔ 4–7 years of relevant experience in retail business operations
✔ Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Agile) is a plus
✔ Smartsheet expertise is required
✔ Proficiency in document writing & Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

✔ Shift Timing – 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST
✔ Travel Requirement – Minimal travel expected
