Job Overview

As a Content Marketing & SEO Manager, you will lead the development and execution of content marketing and SEO strategies. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in content marketing, search engine optimization, and B2B SaaS (especially in no-code/low-code, DevOps, or enterprise technology). We are looking for a strategic thinker and skilled storyteller who can create and optimize high-quality content to drive organic growth, generate leads, and establish industry thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

???? Content Strategy & Creation

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Create and manage high-quality, engaging content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, videos, and social media content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product marketing, sales, customer success, and technical teams) to ensure content aligns with objectives.
• Establish AbroadWorks as a thought leader in the no-code/low-code, DevOps, and enterprise SaaS industries.

???? SEO Strategy & Optimization

• Develop and execute a robust SEO strategy to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies.
• Optimize content structure, meta tags, and technical SEO elements.
• Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, and backlinks using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
• Stay updated with SEO trends, such as Search Generative Experience (SGE), and integrate them into the strategy.

???? Performance Tracking & Analytics

• Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics platforms to track organic traffic, engagement, and content ROI.
• Provide regular reports on KPIs, including traffic growth, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
• Leverage AI-driven tools for content ideation, personalization, and performance tracking.

???? Technical Content & Lead Generation

• Develop enterprise-focused content related to DevOps, requirements management, and SaaS solutions.
• Implement content-driven lead generation campaigns, optimizing for MQLs and SQLs.
• Execute link-building strategies, guest blogging, and partnership opportunities to enhance domain authority.
• Manage content calendars and coordinate with designers and developers for seamless content delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills

✅ 3-5+ years of experience in content marketing and SEO, ideally in no-code/low-code, SaaS, DevOps, or enterprise technology.
✅ 5+ years of experience in paid advertising (Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
✅ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
✅ Expertise with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo), analytics platforms (Google Analytics), and CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow).
✅ Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
✅ Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of published work.
✅ Hands-on experience with AI-driven tools for content creation and strategy development.
✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

✔ Experience in B2B SaaS content marketing & lead generation.
✔ Familiarity with AI, automation trends, DevOps, and enterprise technology.
✔ Expertise in link-building and domain authority strategies.
✔ Technical writing skills for enterprise audiences.
✔ Knowledge of tools like Azure DevOps.
