Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance Reviews:
  • Conduct QA reviews on Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) cases based on established guidelines.
• Feedback and Improvement:
  • Provide constructive feedback to agents based on QA findings to improve performance.
• Process Refinement:
  • Contribute feedback for ongoing process improvements and refine complaints review procedures.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA):
  • Identify trends and areas for process improvements.
• Compliance Monitoring:
  • Ensure adherence to global regulatory guidelines, including global AML standards.
• Data Reporting:
  • Contribute to reporting and visualization highlighting complaint trends and optimization areas.
• Case Resolution:
  • Assist in resolving escalated and complex EDD cases per company standards.

Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in executing QA, audit, or compliance testing programs in financial services.
• Familiarity with various AML systems and programs, including KYC, AML, and TMS.
• Working knowledge of BSA/AML laws and regulations for financial services/products.
• Proven track record in delivering work on time and meeting quality standards.
• Strong experience in developing and producing metrics and reports.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ACAMS certification is a plus.
• Experience at crypto exchanges or financial services in payments or trading operations.
• Project management, analytics, or quality assurance experience.
• Postgraduate degree in business, finance, or legal studies.
• Advanced understanding of Google applications, JIRA, and Salesforce Service Cloud.

Compensation:

• Annual Salary: ₹1,020,000
