Position Overview

We have an opportunity for the role of Academic Consultant (AC). The AC will be responsible for:

• Conducting Live Online lectures in their specialized subject.
• Creating, reviewing, and improving content as per the requirements of our education services department.
• Educating students of Indian State Boards in the subject of expertise.
• Managing time effectively and leading specified elements of projects.
• Having a high level of comfort with MS Office and MathML (for Mathematics).

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• Postgraduate degree in M.Com/MBA/M.Sc. (Mathematics)/MA (Economics) OR
• CA Inter/CS Inter/NET/SET Cleared OR Equivalent

Experience:

• 4-5 years of industry experience (including 1-2 years of teaching experience preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Clearly understand project requirements.
• Review and create content, ensuring quality and relevance.
• Reframe or develop new questions based on project needs.
• Work full-time from the office.
• Collaborate effectively as a team player.

Technical Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of core subject.
• Ability to identify the complexity of questions.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written English proficiency.

Soft Skills & Attributes:

• Basic computer application skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to identify students' needs and adjust teaching methods accordingly.

Work Mode:

• Full-time, in-office role.
