Key Responsibilities

✔ Answer inbound calls with compassion and empathy
✔ Schedule inspections and appointments over the phone
✔ Resolve customer complaints efficiently
✔ Make outbound calls for collections and follow-ups
✔ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

???? Administrative & IT Support
✔ Maintain communication with various parties via phone and email
✔ Follow given scripts when handling different topics
✔ Perform weekly computer backups and software upgrades
✔ Assist with office administration and marketing efforts

???? Performance & Growth
✔ Mentor new colleagues when needed
✔ Meet personal and team qualitative/quantitative targets
✔ Build sustainable relationships with customers
✔ Manage and improve customer satisfaction levels

Qualifications & Requirements

???? Education: Any Graduate or higher
???? Experience:

• Inbound Sales (US Process): 3 years (Required)
• Total Work Experience: 7 years (Required)
• Customer Service: 4 years (Required)

???? Skills & Abilities:
✔ Fluent in English (spoken & written)
✔ Comfortable with VOIP services and 24/7 work timings
✔ Strong problem-solving & multitasking skills
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
✔ Ability to handle stress & work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Compassion, patience, and excellent people skills
