About Us

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team and contribute to our projects through feasibility studies, space planning, and technical drafting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Feasibility Studies:

✔ Conduct site assessments and analyze existing conditions to evaluate the feasibility of office space designs.
✔ Ensure compliance with zoning regulations and building codes.
✔ Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to identify potential challenges and propose effective solutions.

2. Space Planning & Layout Design:

✔ Develop detailed 2D drawings for commercial office spaces, including floor plans, furniture layouts, and equipment placement.
✔ Optimize space utilization to create functional, ergonomic, and visually appealing office environments.
✔ Incorporate client-specific needs, such as collaborative workspaces, private offices, meeting rooms, and breakout areas.

3. Technical Drafting:

✔ Produce accurate and high-quality technical drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
✔ Prepare construction documents, including elevations, sections, and detailed drawings for permitting and construction.
✔ Update and revise drawings based on client feedback and project requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

✅ Education: Associate degree or certification in Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
✅ Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in drafting for commercial office spaces or similar projects.
✅ Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Strong understanding of zoning regulations, building codes, and space planning principles.
  ✅ Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team.
  ✅ Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing previous commercial office space designs is required.
