Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Details:

• Pay: ₹10,000 – ₹16,000 per month

• Job Type: Contractual/Temporary (6 months)

  • Rotational shift

  • Weekend availability

Responsibilities:

• Outbound Sales:

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services and generate sales leads.

  • Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets.

• Inbound & Online Communication:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to online chat inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Provide accurate product information, pricing details, and address customer concerns.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  • Follow up with leads and prospects via phone calls or emails to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using the CRM system.

• Collaboration & Upselling:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

• Compliance & Development:

  • Adhere to company policies on sales activities, customer service standards, and data security.

  • Participate in training sessions and professional development to improve sales and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field (required).

• Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English (required).

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Technical Requirements:

  • Laptop and stable internet connection (required).

• Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).

  • Additional education or certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
