Role Overview:

The Cash and Trade Proc Analyst 1 is an intermediate-level professional responsible for executing and managing complex financial transactions. This role requires coordination with the Transaction Services team, while acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in payment processing, investigations, SWIFT messaging, OFAC screening, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process a range of financial transactions, including:

  • Regular, restricted, and legal transfers

  • Payments and receivables

  • Trade transactions and liquidity flows

  • Wholesale card activity

• Act as a SME and recommend operational and process improvements

• Analyze data to identify issues and develop solutions based on technical experience

• Collaborate with both internal teams and external clients/vendors to meet deliverables

• Participate in and contribute to cash & trade operations projects

• Gain an understanding of how cash & trade operations align with wider business objectives

• Ensure risk is assessed appropriately, including:

  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

  • Ethical behavior and transparent decision-making

  • Escalation of control issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

• Prior experience in transaction processing preferred

• Strong understanding of financial regulations

• Effective communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
