Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Handle semi-voice interactions, answering queries, and assisting with the mortgage application process.
• Data Management: Process and update mortgage-related information accurately.
• Documentation Review: Verify mortgage documents for compliance.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues or escalate complex cases.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers.
• Reporting: Submit reports on processing metrics and customer feedback.

Eligibility Criteria

✅ Education: Graduate (Freshers welcome) OR HSC + Minimum 6 months of experience.
✅ Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Customer-centric attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
