Full job description

Job Summary:
Immediate vacancy for CA CMA ACCA Article Assistant / Articleship / Article at Shah and Doshi, Chartered Accountants having its office at Mulund West, Mumbai.

Key Exposure and Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Finalization (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc)
• Registrations & Returns (GST, TDS, IT, PT, etc)
• Auditing (Statutory, Internal, IT, GST, TP, Stock, etc)
• ROC & ROF (Pvt Ltd, OPC, LLP, NGO, etc)
• Advisory & Assessment (DT, IDT, TP, DTAA, 15CA-CB, etc)
• Due Diligence and Startup Advisory (DPIIT, 56(2)(viib), etc)
• Planning and implementation of Mergers, Acquisitions, and Takeovers

Location:
Candidates residing near Mulund are invited/preferred.

Office Timing:
- 10.00am to 7.00pm

- Monday to Saturday

- Two paid leaves every month
