In this role, you will design and deliver dashboards to provide crucial insights that drive business growth and guide executive leadership decisions.

Key Responsibilities

???? Data Analysis & Dashboard Development

• Identify and implement business value creation and transformation by delivering actionable analysis.

• Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards that meet end-user requirements.

• Leverage Tableau and Oracle SQL to create and manage data sources and generate insightful visualizations.

• Analyze complex data, align dashboard designs to business outcomes, and expand dashboarding capabilities.

???? Collaboration & Strategy

• Collaborate with stakeholders and analytics teams to deliver meaningful dashboards.

• Provide strategic assistance on business performance, financial planning, and operational analysis.

• Offer practical, action-focused recommendations by highlighting business opportunities.

???? Subject Matter Expertise

• Become an expert in Sales data and dashboards, providing reliable data intelligence.

• Support the team in delivering insights across sales operations, capacity planning, and business strategy.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in dashboard development—preferably in a Sales environment.

✅ Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Tableau (data source creation, complex calculations, visualizations, and Row Level Security).

• Advanced SQL query writing—particularly using Oracle.

✅ Soft Skills:

• Strong communication (written, verbal, and interpersonal) with the ability to articulate insights clearly.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborative team player capable of working cross-functionally across the organization.
