As a vital member of our sales department, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our IT services portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients in the IT sector. Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate in developing and executing sales strategies to meet business growth objectives. Identify and target potential leads and market opportunities.
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities through research and outreach to prospective clients. Utilize lead generation techniques such as cold calling, networking, and email campaigns.
• Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct presentations and product demos for prospective clients. Lead negotiations, manage contracts, and successfully close deals.
• Market Research & Analysis: Continuously evaluate market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and threats in the IT industry.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Performance Tracking: Regularly track and report on sales performance, including setting and meeting targets.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT industry.
• Skills:

  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Solid understanding of IT services and solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the IT sector, particularly in selling software, hardware, or IT consulting services.
• Familiarity with sales strategies and lead generation tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
