Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will analyze business needs, identify data-driven solutions, and serve as a communication bridge between stakeholders. This role involves using various analytical tools and methodologies to improve business processes and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements

• Create visual data representations using Tableau, Power BI, Zoho Analytics, and Excel

• Analyze sales, pricing, and customer data to identify trends and areas of concern

• Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and reports

• Conduct business operations analysis to identify inefficiencies

• Translate business needs into actionable insights for cross-functional teams

• Perform root cause analysis to detect process gaps

• Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Provide performance metrics to support strategic initiatives

• Design and improve business processes based on analytical results

• Monitor KPIs and flag risks or target deviations

• Manage and maintain databases effectively

• Use SQL and R for data analysis to support decision-making

• Assist in the implementation of systems/processes aligned with business goals

Requirements

• Proven experience in business analysis or a related field (preferred)

• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (especially Tableau)

• Familiarity with SQL and database design principles

• Experience with process mapping tools like Visio (a plus)

• Ability to analyze complex datasets and forecast trends

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

• Strong organizational and proactive problem-solving skills
