Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify opportunities for improvement

• Understand and explore blockchain technologies and crypto-based developments including:

  • ICO/IEO/STO

  • Crypto wallets and coins

  • Centralized & Decentralized Exchanges

  • NFTs and security mechanisms

• Conduct meetings, gather stakeholder input, and translate requirements into clear, actionable plans

• Collaborate closely with clients, developers, and management to ensure goals are met

• Prepare reports and documentation based on insights and findings

• Develop and maintain project plans, monitor progress, and manage deliverables

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in blockchain/cryptocurrency

• Support procedural improvements and implement new solutions

• Ensure the business and technical teams are aligned in terms of project objectives and priorities

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of blockchain techniques and crypto platforms is a major plus

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to manage projects and work across cross-functional teams

• Experience in gathering, documenting, and communicating business requirements

• Excellent team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
