Key Responsibilities

Educational Qualifications

Skills

• Proficiency in business analysis tools like DevOps, Service Desk, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the airline or travel technology space.
• Proven track record of working on software development or implementation projects.
