Job Title: Sales Executive – Retail Liabilities

Key Deliverables:

• Achieve the Business Objectives of the Retail Liabilities Sales Team for the branch, ensuring Value, Volume, and Channel Productivity metrics are met.
• Generate revenue through the sale of CASA, Cross-Sell (X-Sell), and Third-Party Products such as Insurance.
• Source High-Value CASA customers along with complete Family Banking relationships.
• Acquire new-to-bank (NTB) customers through individual efforts and acquisition channels.
• Successfully contact 20 customers per day and conduct 4 customer/prospect meetings per day.
• Upgrade customers from lower product categories to premium offerings.

• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a full-fledged sales profile with NTB acquisition.
• Customer-oriented with a focus on relationship building.
• High energy levels and a strong drive to succeed.

Qualification, Experience & Age Criteria:

• Graduate in any stream.
• 1-2 years of experience in NTB Sales Acquisition roles.
• Maximum age limit: 30 years.
