Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and aggressive Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our Delhi branch in the IT distribution sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing operations, and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of the IT distribution landscape, and the ability to manage a diverse team while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development:

• Achieve the set monthly sales targets for the branch.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners, including:
  ✅ Resellers
  ✅ System Integrators
  ✅ Value-Added Resellers (VARs)
  ✅ OEMs
• Strengthen and maintain relationships with existing partners to ensure high satisfaction levels.

2. Branch Operations Management:

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency.
• Manage the distribution of IT products, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
• Implement operational procedures to enhance productivity and minimize costs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized branch environment.

3. Financial Management:

• Ensure proper invoicing, collection, and payment management to maintain financial stability.

Key Qualifications:

✅ Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• An MBA is a plus.

✅ Experience:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in the IT distribution industry.

✅ Skills:

• Strong sales and business development acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead a high-performing team and drive operational excellence.
