We are looking for a Branch Credit Manager to manage a team and coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets. The role involves evaluating customers' creditworthiness, ensuring proper documentation, and adhering to company credit policies. This position requires balancing sales support and risk management efficiently.

???? Roles & Responsibilities:

✔ Credit Underwriting: Assess and approve secured/unsecured loan proposals as per company policies.
✔ Customer Interaction: Conduct personal discussions to evaluate creditworthiness.
✔ Documentation & Verification: Ensure completion of KYC and credit documents through telephonic, field, and collateral visits.
✔ Sales Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to meet targets while maintaining TAT (Turnaround Time).
✔ Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to credit policies and procedures.
✔ Delinquency Control: Minimize early-stage delinquencies by proactively following up with customers.
✔ Team Management: Supervise a team of credit underwriters and provide necessary guidance.

✔ Education: Any Graduate
✔ Experience: 2 to 5 years in credit underwriting
