Job Summary

As a Billing Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end billing process, ensuring timely and accurate invoice creation, credit note cancellations, and client communication. You will be a key link between internal teams and external clients, ensuring smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

1. Invoice Management & Processing

✔ Create, review, and distribute invoices through mail, email, and client portals.
✔ Ensure invoices are submitted accurately and on time.
✔ Manage complex billing transactions and perform quality checks.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration & Customer Support

✔ Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing issues.
✔ Address client inquiries and escalate concerns as necessary.
✔ Participate in governance meetings with Operations Teams and clients.

3. Compliance & Process Optimization

✔ Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLA), policies, and procedures.
✔ Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
✔ Maintain up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

4. Reporting & Audit Support

✔ Assist in audit-related activities and process documentation.
✔ Provide reports and insights to support leadership decisions.

Qualifications & Experience

✅ Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related fields.

✅ Work Experience:

• 4-5 years of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Order-to-Cash.
• Experience in Shared Services, BPO, or Process Migration is preferred.

✅ Technical Skills:

• ERP experience (Oracle or SAP) preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and procedures.

✅ Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in English).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle complex transactions.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
