Role Overview

As a BI Analyst, you’ll play a critical role within the Data Analytics Centre of Excellence, supporting client data and analytics needs. You'll interpret data, create complex analyses, design impactful presentations, and deliver strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GBT teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights

• Analyze travel data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities

• Create scenario-based models and client-facing reports

• Present complex data clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders

• Run and troubleshoot reports, correct file errors, normalize datasets

• Maintain data quality, compliance, and timely report delivery

• Drive process efficiency in analytics operations

• Ensure KPIs and project goals are consistently achieved

• Manage project risks and issues throughout the data lifecycle

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics or BI

• Proficiency in Tableau and Alteryx

• Advanced Excel and Access skills

• Experience working with travel data or within the travel industry (preferred)

• Ability to link datasets and knowledge of relational databases

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Detail-oriented with effective time management skills

• Commitment to team collaboration and organizational goals

• Location: Gurugram, India

• Work Type: Full-time (onsite/hybrid model details can be discussed during interview)
