To competently perform the duties of this position, candidates must have:

???? Experience & Industry Knowledge

✅ Customer Service Experience – Preferably within the financial services industry
✅ Lending Process Knowledge – Including lending approval experience
✅ Investment & Banking Expertise – Understanding of investment, transactional banking, and insurance products & processes
✅ Securities Industry Knowledge – Familiarity with mutual funds, annuities, fixed income, equity, and fee-based investments (Securities License is a plus)
