Job Description

• Perform online research to verify criminal records.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure accuracy.
• Follow quality guidelines and meet targets set by the Team Leader.
• Adhere to IT policy and data security guidelines.

Skills & Knowledge Required

• Typing speed: Minimum 24 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Good communication skills and email etiquette.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot.
• Multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure.
• Customer service orientation and professional judgment.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Experience & Education

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year (preferred).
• Education: Undergraduate/Graduate.
