Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Automation & Integration Specialist to drive sales and marketing efficiency through automation, integration, and data-driven strategies. You will work closely with our Digital Marketing Strategist (Vaishnavi) to execute high-impact campaigns and improve lead conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage automated email and WhatsApp campaigns using Klaviyo, MailChimp, and WhatsApp Business API.
• Implement lead nurturing and retargeting strategies to boost sales conversions.
• Integrate Shopify, CRM systems (HubSpot/Pipedrive), and analytics tools (Google Analytics) to ensure accurate data flow and reporting.
• Monitor campaign performance, optimize marketing funnels, and generate performance reports.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Who You Are

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing automation, sales integration, or digital marketing roles.
• Proficient in tools like Klaviyo, MailChimp, Zapier, and CRM systems.
• Skilled in automating workflows, setting up retargeting campaigns, and data management.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart).
• Analytical mindset to track performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Able to work independently, take initiative, and deliver measurable results.
