Job Overview and Responsibilities

This entry-level position provides administrative and transactional support for creating and updating manuals and maintenance task cards used for scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance. Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing technical documents for compliance and accuracy.
• Supporting the creation of technical documents to perform aircraft maintenance.
• Providing administrative support for technical document applications and software.
• Participating in training, skill development, and relationship-building activities.

This position is offered under local terms and conditions. No sponsorship for work visas (even temporary) will be provided. This position is for United Airlines Business Services Pvt. Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of United Airlines Inc.

Key Responsibilities

• Auditing technical documents for compliance and accuracy.
• Managing inbound workflow and ensuring tasks are completed as per organizational requirements.
• Assisting in creating technical records aligned with company policies.
• Collaborating with Maintenance Programs to manage workload effectively.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
• Limited professional experience with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and workflows.
• Basic knowledge of technical documentation processes and controls.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Legal authorization to work in India without sponsorship.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Reliable and consistent attendance.

Preferred:

• Basic awareness of XML writing.
