Role Overview

As a Workday Integration Engineer, you will work on complex system integrations, specifically between HR, Finance, and Benefits partners using Workday tools. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations to ensure seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Workday Integrations & Development

• Design and develop technical integrations using:
  • Workday Studio
  • Workday RaaS (Report-as-a-Service) Integrations
  • Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
  • Complex Calculated Fields
  • Web Services (SOAP, REST)
  • Custom Workday Reports
  • XSLT & XPath

✔ Data Transformation & Management

• Work with Workday iLoads to ensure smooth data migration and transformation.
• Monitor and maintain interfaces between Workday and internal/external vendors.
• Collaborate with teams to assess requirements, define specifications, and document integrations.

✔ Testing & Deployment

• Create technical design specifications and perform unit/system integration tests.
• Deploy and support Workday integrations in production.
• Manage Workday integration analysis, system configurations, and deployment.

✔ Collaboration & Problem-Solving

• Work on cross-system projects, solving functional, architectural, and technical issues.
• Understand client requirements and recommend the best integration approaches.
• Ability to work independently and in a virtual team across different locations.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a sense of urgency.

Preferred Skills & Experience

???? Must-Have:

• MCA / B.Tech degree or Workday Certification.
• Experience in Workday Studio and PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface).
• Strong knowledge of Workday integrations and HR/Finance systems.

???? Good to Have:

• US Benefits State Reporting (End-to-End Experience).
• Experience working with HCM/Finance/Financials applications like Workday.
• Middleware knowledge: Dell Boomi, MuleSoft.
• Advanced understanding of IT design principles, functional HR/Finance design documents, and best practices.
