Job Description:

The Confidential Markets team at Third Bridge supports European and North American Private Equity (PE) funds with their primary research needs by utilizing a range of services and content. You will be part of our content team based in Mumbai, whose goal is to build the world’s most comprehensive content library for PE/VC-backed companies across the U.S. and Europe. Your content will help investors in private markets identify, track, and research investment opportunities.

Reporting to the Area Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring we deliver on our commitment to creating high-quality content for our private equity investment clients globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement:
  • Identify and conduct 1-on-1 interviews with industry experts to gather sector/industry and company information.
• Content Development:
  • Develop content products (Previews, Tearsheets, and Guides) based on your interviews with industry experts.
• Industry Specialization:
  • Specialize in specific sectors or geographies and use this knowledge to audit the quality of Previews/Tearsheets in your sector.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure that content delivered is accurate, insightful, and relevant for private equity investors.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion:
  • Enthusiasm for building new products and tackling new challenges.
• Research & Analysis:
  • Proven experience in research and summarizing content.
• Confidence & Communication:
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior industry leaders.
• Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Skills & Qualities:
  • Strong communication skills with experience building relationships quickly over the phone.
  • Results-driven team player with strong time management skills and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid remote and in-office environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
• Industry Experience:
  • Prior experience or educational background in areas like Investment Banking, Consulting, or Business Journalism would be beneficial.
• Language Proficiency:
  • Fluent in English.
• Work Authorization:
  • Eligible to work in India (Mumbai) without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
