Job Summary

As an Associate Analyst, you will support the collection, verification, and analysis of commercial real estate data as part of our Intelligence as a Service team. This role offers exposure to the CRE industry, with responsibilities spanning data management, reporting, and contributing to the reliability of our data products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and collect commercial real estate data from multiple sources

• Enter and verify data according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service-level agreements (SLAs)

• Identify discrepancies in data and escalate appropriately for clarification

• Compile and organize information for files and internal databases

• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely data delivery

• Maintain knowledge of CRE markets and contribute to internal data systems

• Complete daily time sheets and document non-billable time/expenses

Qualifications

• Experience: 0.6–3 years in Finance, Commerce, Real Estate, or Economics

• Preferred: Background in commercial real estate

• Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)

• Familiarity with financial modeling tools (Excel, ARGUS, etc.)

• Ability to understand and interpret leases and financial documents

• Strong analytical, research, and quantitative skills
