✅ Strategic Development & Execution
✔️ Develop strategies, initiatives, and programs to achieve business goals.
✔️ Identify, develop, and launch innovative growth opportunities tailored to customer and seller needs.

✅ Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement
✔️ Work with teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity for sales & account management.
✔️ Implement best practices and refine mechanisms for cross-functional alignment & issue escalation.

✅ Growth & Performance Analysis
✔️ Drive adoption of rolled-out solutions while identifying areas to enhance customer experience.
✔️ Conduct business reviews with stakeholders and contribute to strategy planning.

???? What You’ll Need

???? Education:
✔️ Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent.

???? Experience & Skills:
✔️ 4+ years in Analytics with strong data analysis skills (investigation, modeling, mapping & gap analysis).
✔️ Expertise in SQL, Python, R, SAS.
✔️ Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and other business intelligence tools.
✔️ Experience in developing, testing, and deploying models on cloud/web.
✔️ Data modeling expert with experience in handling large datasets.
✔️ Strong understanding of funnel analytics, customer segmentation, user activity modeling, churn analytics, and A/B testing.
✔️ Problem-solving mindset—able to conceptualize, organize, and simplify complex data.
✔️ End-to-end project management—timeline creation, milestone tracking, stakeholder updates, and delivery.
✔️ Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
