Roles & Responsibilities

• Business Growth & Target Achievement:

  • Build and expand the Trade and Forex (TFX) business within the assigned territory by leveraging branch networks.
  • Ensure TFX revenue and acquisition targets are successfully met.

• Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Monitor regulatory pendencies and drive overdue entries close to NIL.
  • Ensure strict adherence to trade compliance, AML, KYC regulations, and MTM monitoring.

• Customer Acquisition & Retention:

  • Focus on sourcing high-quality customers from key industries with significant transaction throughput.
  • Engage continuously with Existing-to-Bank (ETB) and New-to-Bank (NTB) customers to strengthen relationships.
  • Control customer attrition levels across the portfolio.

• Operational & Team Leadership:

  • Lead and manage teams effectively, ensuring productivity and performance optimization.
  • Ensure a minimum of 75% of transaction volumes are routed through MTP.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Capability Building & Recognition:

  • Drive training, capability-building, and reward programs to enhance branch teams' product knowledge and engagement.

• Portfolio Diversification:

  • Manage portfolio concentration risk by expanding customer reach and increasing branch activations.

• Acquisition Planning:

  • Develop and execute targeted customer acquisition strategies through focused initiatives.

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic roadmap for the branch TFX business, ensuring alignment with business segment needs.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Trade CPU and Central teams, to ensure the necessary support framework is in place.
• Jointly own Lead Development Value (LDV) for Transaction Consultants (TCs) along with the BB TFX team.
