• Graduation not mandatory if candidate has minimum 2 years of experience as an AR Caller.

• Excellent communication skills required.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

???? Roles & Responsibilities:

• Call US insurance companies to check the status of medical claims.

• Work on claim denials and follow-up action.

• Handle unpaid claims and escalate when necessary.

• May be assigned to different voice-based processes:

  • AR Follow-Up

  • Patient Calling

  • Provider Outreach Program
